Our Journey, Values, and People

Censony began with two people and a single problem. An enterprise client's B2B quoting process was slow, manual and limiting sales growth. Linda Juste, a UX designer, and Alejandro Rial Solleiro, a software engineer, were brought in to solve it.

With each problem they solved, the client's confidence grew. The quoting tool evolved into a platform supporting the full sales cycle, from product configuration to delivery and billing. As the platform grew, so did our understanding of the processes, people and systems behind it.

In 2022, Linda and Alejandro founded Censony to bring this approach to more businesses. Our team of 10 now works across the UK, the Baltics and Southern Europe.

We build bespoke software that streamlines and automates complex sales and operational processes and connects them with systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zoom and Cisco. We work with enterprise telecoms providers, SaaS start-ups and growing businesses, and support them long after launch.

That original approach still shapes how we work: understand the process, identify what needs to improve, and build software that supports the business as it evolves.
