Free sales automation discovery session for UK B2B teams

A free working session with our team turns a vague idea into real clarity: what fixing your quoting and sales workflow actually involves, where the risk sits, and what a sensible next step looks like. You get scope, risks and a £ estimate in writing, usually within a few days.

Why this exists

The problem isn't invisible. The right first step is.

Most sales teams already feel the friction – a quote stuck in approvals, a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts, a system that promised simplicity and never delivered it. What's harder is knowing what's actually worth fixing first.

That uncertainty is what keeps sales automation on the "someday" list – not a lack of ambition, but a lack of a clear next step.

This session gives you a working starting point - scope, risks, estimate – before you commit budget to anything.

How it works

One working session, start to finish for free

01

Problem framing call

We get your business goal and the pain point in your own words. No formal requirements doc – just notes captured live, read back to confirm we've understood correctly.

02

Key contact check-in

Rather than interviewing everyone, we identify your decision-maker and main technical contact and have a short conversation with each – often in the same call, if you're a small team.

03

Rough boundary lines

A simple list: "we understand this includes X, Y, Z" and "we're assuming this does not include A, B." Deliberately loose – just enough to prevent wildly different expectations, not a locked scope.

04

Sanity check

A quick internal review: does anything here look technically risky, unusual, or dependent on systems and data we don't have visibility into yet?

05

Known unknowns list

3–5 bullet points on what could change the estimate later – for example, if a system turns out not to have an API, or data migration is needed but wasn't scoped in.

06

One-page summary

Not a full requirements document – a single page covering the problem, rough scope, assumptions, risks, and the estimate. This is the artifact you actually walk away with.

07

Range estimate, not a fixed price

Something like "£15k-£25k" or "6-10 weeks" – explicitly preliminary, and dependent on the deeper scoping work that follows if you decide to go ahead.

08

Workflow visual

For projects where a picture explains it faster than bullet points, we sketch the flow as a simple diagram and hand it over alongside the one-page summary.

Is this for you

Best fit if you recognise any of this

This isn't really about company size or budget - it's about needing an outside, expert perspective before committing to a direction.

You know automation could help - but not where to start

You know automation could help - but not where to start

Manual processes, spreadsheets and workarounds got you this far, but it's not obvious which part is actually worth fixing first, or what a realistic first step looks like.

You need something credible to bring to leadership

You need something credible to bring to leadership

Not a slide deck of ambition - a clear, written starting point that shows you've thought it through before asking for budget or sign-off.

You need help turning an idea into a defined scope

You need help turning an idea into a defined scope

You know roughly what you want digitalised and automated. Turning that into boundaries, priorities, and a realistic first phase is exactly the part that's hard to do alone.
